The contest is organized with the aim of highten within the entire Party, People and military force the full awareness of the objective, role, significance and importance of the eclection-an important political event of the country.
It is targeted at professional and amateur painters, living in Viet Nam as well as overseas. The entries must be in 54cmx79cm size, the most recently invented works, not participate in any contests before and publicized in any form. Each composer may register more than one entries.
The Organizing Committee will receive the entries as of the launching day until 31 Decembr, 2020 under the following formats: submitting entries through electronic mail (email: phongtted.vhcs@gmail.com) with digitized file, JPG, minimum size 54cmx79cm, high quality, 5Mb-12Mb, 300dpi, with the composer’s personal details attached.
All works should be sent to: Propaganda Section, Grassroots Cultural Department (Address: 86A, Alley No. 3 Le Van Huu street, Ngo Thi Nham ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Ha Noi city). The composer must be respondible for the own works’ copyrights.
The Organizing Committee will present 1 first prize (worth 15 millions dong), 2 runner-up prizes (worth 8 millions dong each), 3 third prizes (worth 5 millions dong each) and 10 consolation prizes (worth 2 millions dong each) and encouraging prize worth 8 millions dong for the unit which has managed to mobilize as many as possible the entries and works with high qualities.
The Organizing Committee will select the high quality works for display to the public. The sum-up awarding ceremony is scheduled in May 2021.
