Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, who has been the head of Kim Trung village for more than 6 years, said that at present, the village was full of cultural and sports clubs such as volleyball, badminton, football and art.

When discussing the improvements in Kim Trung, Comrade Tran Long Van, Vice Chairman of People’s Committee of Kim Son Commune, proudly expressed: “There are many contents in the cultural house construction, but one of the most specific contents is the investment in building infrastructure for village cultural houses. Since 2018, Kim Son commune has expanded and modified equipment for 7 cultural houses from 7 villages, for instance, Kim Trung Hamlet Cultural House. Prior to the care and agreement of residents, the cultural house shared a space with a kindergarten. However, with the land and asset donation from voluntary people, the cultural house today has a square campus.

Unanimously, the state and people collaborate to create a homeland rich in identity for Kim Trung, so in addition to donating land for a cultural house campus, many people are also eager to invest in additional audio, lighting, and fitness equipment to make the cultural house become a popular destination. The head of Kim Trung Hamlet, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, shared that these mass groups like the Elderly Association, the Youth Union, and the Farmer Cell were assigned for encouraging their members to actively participate in spiritual and cultural life innovations.

Specially, Kim Trung Hamlet has set up and developed public bookshelf model. This model was established in 2018 in the favor of Public Security of Son Tay Town and managed and operated by the Youth Union for reading activities. People can read at the cultural house or borrow books. Although the bookshelf was only recently created, it has already become a popular cultural attraction at Kim Trung Hamlet. Additionally, it was one of the elements driving the good learning outcomes for hundreds of pupils in the village each year.
One of the essential requirements for Kim Trung to hold the title of cultural village from 2003 to the present is the construction of a comprehensive cultural house with a variety of activities. In addition to actively creating a cultural life and family, Kim Trung Hamlet works tirelessly to advance economic development. Although working in agriculture, thanks to the expertise of learning and applying the processes of science and technology to production, people’s income and living standards are increasingly improved.
Kim Son is one of the communes that have reached the new advanced rural standards. Besides, it is continuing on the journey of building a model new rural commune. In which, Kim Trung is one of 7 hamlets of the commune making a significant contribution to the overall achievement. Despite many difficulties and challenges in the context of social changes, Kim Trung people are always proud of their homeland. Visiting to Kim Trung this season, along the village streets, neighborhoods, houses are planted, flowers, especially yellow bell flowers are blooming, yellow roads, making the appearance of residential villages more and more visible. For many years, the routes in Kim Trung Cultural Hamlet have electricity lighting, sanitation nest recurring household waste collection. Every month, people organize general cleaning sessions so the hamlet road, neighborhood is always green-clean-beautiful.
