“Ung Hoa Youth be pioneering and creative” is the theme of Youth Month 2022, which has just been launched by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ung Hoa district to all union members and young people in the area.

Youth Month 2022 is a special occasion for each youth union member, and each Union branch in the district to focus on implementing practical activities, specifically participate in construction of New rural countryside, Newly enhanced countryside, civilized urban areas; participate in the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic; ensure traffic safety; volunteering activities for community. Ung Hoa Youth Union has set targets to strive: 100% of Union officials, members and 80% of young people will be learnt, grasped and propagated the policies and Resolutions of the Party and Union; carry out at least 8 youth projects associated with local socio-economic development such as: Children’s playground, friendly toilets, mural roads…; plant at least 3,000 new trees; mobilize union members to propose at least 1,500 ideas and initiatives; strive to donate 120 blood units; support and help 50 children under difficult circumstances. Carrying out 60 projects, supporting children to return to school. Admiting at least 350 new members and introduce 30-50 elite members to the Party, of which at least 70% of new Party members will be admitted from elite union members.

During the Youth Month, Youth union branches organize an extensive political campaign, in order to educate the revolutionary moral ideals and glorious tradition of Vietnamese Communist Party; review 91-year tradition of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union; promote the “Studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and lifestyle”. Each union branch participates and constructs at least 01 project, youth work to celebrate the 91st anniversary of establishment of Youth Union and welcome Youth Union Congress at all levels (2022-2027).
After the launching ceremony, Ung Hoa Youth implemented many practical activities: Donating funds to support construction of public sports room for the Youth project of Cao Thanh Commune Youth Union. Repairing electricity grid for the poor and near-poor households in Tu Duong village and granting funds for electricity repair of Ung Hoa Power Company to Cao Thanh Commune Union. Giving 03 body temperature measurement devices and automatic hand sanitizer to 03 Kindergarten, Primary and Secondary schools of Cao Thanh commune. Starting construction of Public Cultural Room in Tu Duong village; general environmental cleaning; mural painting; distribute plastic bags, cloth bags, paper bags at the market model to reduce plastic waste; repairing electricity grid for poor households in the area…
Through practical activities, Ung Hoa Youth continue to perform their role of pioneering, volunteering for the community, promote revolutionary tradition of the Truong Son Stick, heroic Khu Chay land, contribute to building a richer, more beautiful and civilized homeland.
