Accordingly, the 46th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and the reunification of the country (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2021); 135th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 – May 1, 2021); 67th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu victory (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2021); 131st anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday (May 19, 1890- May 19, 2021), and welcome the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Council d at all levels for the term 2021- In 2026, the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports will organize 5 major art shows at several locations, including the square stage in front of My Dinh National Stadium, the central stage of Tay Ho district, and the central stage of Ha Dong district at 8 pm on April 30 and May 1; stage of King Ly Thai To monument, the center stage of Long Bien district and central stage of Thanh Oai district at 8 pm on May 19. Programs are performed by Hanoi Cheo Theatre, Hanoi Circus and Variety Arts Theater, City Cultural Center; Thang Long Music and Dance Theater, Hanoi Cai Luong Theater, and Hanoi Drama Theater. In addition, from April 30 to May 19, at the stage of districts, towns in Hanoi city, there will also be art programs organized by Hanoi Opera Houses, art units, etc. Central and military art, etc.
In particular, to celebrate the success of the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and People’s Council at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, Hanoi city also organized many special art programs. Specifically, at 8 pm on May 24-25, the city organized 6 major art shows at the following locations: King Ly Thai To Monument Stage, the square in front of My Dinh National Stadium, the center stage of Tay Ho district, the center stage of Dong Anh district, the center stage of Ha Dong district and that of Son Tay town.
Performing units, including Thang Long Music and Dance Theater, Hanoi Cai Luong Theatre, Hanoi Cheo Theatre, Hanoi Drama Theater, City Cultural Center, Hanoi Circus and Variety Arts Theater. Along with that, from May 20-25, at the stage of districts, towns in Hanoi city, there will also be art programs organized by Hanoi Theaters, Chinese art units, central government and army, etc.
Art programs are elaborately choreographed, praising the Party, Uncle Ho, the country and the renewed capital, thereby arousing trust and pride among people from all walks of life.
The activities are organized to ensure the strict implementation of pandemic prevention and control by the Ministry of Health.
