On the morning of 4th April 2017, at the Communal house of Ly Thuong Kiet, the Party Committee – People’s Council – People’s Committee and Committee of National Father Front of Ngoc Thuy ward held a workshop to seek opinions of scientists, administrators and specialized bodies on the renovated work of the historical cultural relics of Bac Bien pagoda and building of Ky Thuong Kiet national hero’s monument.

Co-chairing the workshop were Mr. Truong Minh tien, Deputy Director of Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports; Mr. Nguyen Viet Tan, permanent Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Mr. Le Dang Le, Party Committee member, Deputy Chairman od Ngoc Thuy ward.
After the introductory report presented by Mr. Truong Minh Tien, Deputy Director of Ha Noi Department of Culture and sports, the workshop heard 5 papers of other researchers which contributed the ways and solutions to the embellishment of the pagoda and building of Ly Thuong Kiet monument.
In concluding the workshop, Ms Dinh Thi Thu Huong expressed thanks for the contributions through presentations and tressed that the district of Long Bien will soon go ahead with the project formulation and submit it to the competent agencies for implementation.
