Launching the MV “Những bông hoa hỏa tuyến” celebrating the 66th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory Day

The song “Những bông hoa hỏa tuyến” by musician Duc Trinh has won the A prize of the Ministry of Defence on the subject of armed forces and revolutionary war. Inspired by poet Le Canh Nhac’s poem, musician Duc Trinh composed the song “Những bông hoa hỏa tuyến”. Through the voices of two singers Cam Tu and Lan Anh, the performance “Những bông hoa hỏa tuyến” also won the gold medal in the Professional Music and Dance Festival 2019.

To express gratitude and gratitude to the previous generations – people who did not regret their youth and sacrificed for their national independence and freedom, singers Cam Tu and Lan Anh decided to perform the MV “Những bông hoa hỏa tuyến” to launch on May 7 on the occasion of the 66th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory Day (May 7, 1954 – May 7, 2020).

According to musician Duc Trinh, time can take away the youth but cannot erase the memories of the good people in the civilian force. They overcame many hardships, sacrificed themselves to load bullets and salaries, paved the way to the fronts, contributing to the “splendid and earth-shaking victory in Dien Bien Phu “. During the war, it was not known how many people who were civilian forces died on the battlefield.

Singer Cam Tu said that the implementation of the MV met many difficulties because of the influence of Covid-19. All video recording and recording must ensure safety and pandemic prevention for the whole team. However, with determination, the team tried to complete the MV in order to release it on the 66th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory Day and celebrate the national holidays in 2020.

Singer Cam Tu

Singer Cam Tu is currently an actor of the Military Music and Dance Theater. She won the first prize and the Sao Mai Southern Audience Award 2011; Gold Medal for the collective of performance “Hanoi is sacred and lavish” at the 2009 National Professional Music and Dance Festival; single Silver Medal “Lullaby of the origin”; Award for the best performance of the song on learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s morality and ideology at the National Professional Music and Dance Festival 2018.

Singer Lan Anh was born in Quang Binh and studied at the Military University of Culture and Arts. She won the third prize in Hanoi good singing contest; First prize for Nghe An television singing for chamber music.
