This is a big event aimed at promoting French culinary culture through enjoying the special dishes, wines, famous cakes from the cradle of European culture; as well as discovering the sustainable urban development projects of the French government in Vietnam, especially the Hanoi Metro project and the topic of air pollution that is currently very interested.

The festival gathers more than 40 stalls

The second “Balade en France” event in Hanoi will gather more than 40 stalls from prestigious French hotels, restaurants, food and wine importers such as Press Club, Sofitel Legend Métropole Hanoi, Red Apron, Chocolat Marou, Saint Honoré, Lu, Fabrik… with typical dishes of French cuisine such as traditional pancakes, hot wines as well as cheeses, syrup, jam, pâté … with the golden hour offers for each brand.

“Balade en France” event will also create an interesting musical party similar to the French Music Festival with a large stage performance by many professional and amateur singers, and many other rich cultural activities such as screenings of French films, street music, painting, face painting, etc. to give participants the experience of truly walking around France.

In addition to the culinary highlight, there will be activities related to cooperation between the two countries in general, between France and Hanoi in particular, especially the participation of French former international students, who have made important contributions to the better relations between the two countries.

The second “Balade en France” program in Hanoi will be opened at 07:30 pm on Friday, January 10, 2019, at Ly Thai To flower garden square, once again marking the increasingly close cooperation between France and Vietnam. “Balade en France” event will welcome guests from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm on January 11 and from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on January 12.
