The program by the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city is expected to take place at 8:00 pm on June 19, 2021, at the Vietnam-Soviet Friendship Labour Cultural Palace.
The program will be attended by the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city; representatives of leaders of departments, branches, socio-political organizations; leaders of 30 districts, towns and townships; representatives of certain international organizations and organizations, individuals and businesses registered to support at the program.
The program aims to propagate the guidelines and direction of the Central and the city in the vaccination against Covid-19 pandemic for the health of individuals and community, strive for a large number of people of the capital will be vaccinated against Covid-19 pandemic to soon reach the threshold of community immunity, bring life back to a new normal status.
In addition, the City also called on organizations, businesses, units and individuals to continue to join hands to support the City’s Covid-19 prevention and control and Covid-19 vaccination; encourage subjects to actively participate in responding to the City’s Covid-19 vaccination program to protect their own health and that of the community; together, contribute, join hands, share with the City to have enough resources to deploy vaccination; recognize and praise examples of businesses, organizations and individuals that actively participate in supporting resources for the prevention and control of Covid-19 and vaccination in the city.
According to the document, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city is the agency in charge and coordination of the entire event organization and implementation. The People’s Committee of Hanoi city is the agency in charge of mobilizing districts, towns and businesses to support pandemic prevention and control, respond to registration to buy vaccines; coordinate in organizing events, direct departments and branches to implement contents in their professional fields under the direction of the City’s Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee.
To prepare for the “Live TV program: “Hanoi city join hands to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic” event, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi City will coordinate with the Department of Culture, Sports, and City’s Confederation of Labor to prepare maket, decoration, ceremony and facilities for event organization. At the same time, Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports will prepare many musical performances to welcome the event.
The Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Hanoi city also coordinated with the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications to develop a plan for propaganda and promotion before the event and coordinated with Hanoi Radio and Television Broadcasting to develop reportage films and live TV scripts for the event. In particular, the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications coordinated with the Department of Health to develop propaganda content for all people, agencies, organizations and units to actively participate in responding to the Covid-19 vaccination program to prevent the spread of the virus, protect the health of themselves and the community. The Hanoi Department of Information and Communications also directed the city’s news agencies and press agencies to promote the propaganda of the guidelines and directions of the Central and City on the vaccination program and support the vaccine fund of the city. At the same time, mobilizing and praising organizations, businesses and people who actively participate in responding to the Covid-19 vaccination program to protect the health of themselves and the community; together, join hands and share with the City to have enough resources to deploy vaccination for all residents of the Capital.
According to the plan, “The live TV program: ‘Hanoi join hands to fight against the Covid-19 pandemic” will be broadcast live on Hanoi Radio and Television Broadcasting at 8 pm on June 19, 2021.
