Commending the teams for good implementation of Directive 05
Regarding the implementation of Directive No. 05-CT/TW, Ba Dinh District Party Committee has focused on directing the grassroots committees to implement the full-course subject “Basic contents of Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style” and issued annual thematic study plans. During the learning process, the party committees at all levels proactively brought the content close and practical to reality at the party grassroots organization, associated with the implementation of assigned political tasks. Through research, learning, grasping, awareness of officials and party members in awareness and action has been raised markedly.
Implementation of the Decision No. 290-QD/TW dated February 25, 2010, of the Politburo; Decision No. 2034-QD/TU dated June 11, 2010, of the Hanoi City Party Committee, in the past 10 years, has also had a positive impact on the transformation of awareness and responsibility of the Party committees, authorities, and the Ba Dinh district’s homeland in relations and contact with the people when performing public duties, from which, the efficiency of state management has been improved, effectively serving socio-economic development.
Appreciating the results in the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW and public relations in the area, Head of the Party Committee for Communication of the City Party Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phong suggested Ba Dinh district, in the coming time, should focus on doing well, effectively implementing the Directive 05-CT/TW associated with the implementation of Central Resolution 4 (12th session). Also, the implementation of Directive 05-CT/TW must be in many forms associated with the reality and requirements of the locality, units, avoiding ostentatiousness, and the district also builds training, creating, fostering and improving the morale, attitude and responsibility of the cadres, civil servants and public employees in serving the people.
On this occasion, the Hanoi Standing Party Committee commended 02 Party committees under Ba Dinh District Party Committee; 02 Party cells directly under the grassroots Party Committee met the standard of “Typical strong and pure Party Committee” for 5 consecutive years (2015-2019) and 8 members successfully completed the 5-year mission (2015-2019). Ba Dinh District Party Committee also rewarded 606 party members for completing the 5-year mission (2015-2019).
