At the same time, the District also mobilizes agencies and organizations to implement the cultural lifestyle, embellish the green, clean and beautiful headquarters of their units to practically respond to the competition; To resolutely handle violations of traffic safety corridors such as roofs, scaled roofs, signs, advertisement signs encroaching on pavements, roadbeds…; To continue to deploy and maintain regular weekly environmental sanitation on Friday afternoon at offices, businesses and Saturday morning in residential areas.

According to the Plan, the total prize value of the competition is VND 15,000,000, of which: 1 first prize is worth VND 3,000,000; 3 second prizes worth VND 2,000,000 each; 6 Third prizes worth VND 1,000,000 each.
