Implementation of administrative procedures at the OSS department of Me Linh district.

Three-year implementation of 02 sets of the Code of Conduct has had a clear impact and change in the perception, attitude and behavior of cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees in the District. Most cadres, civil servants, public employees, and employees have strictly observed the discipline, administrative discipline, office culture, and effectively used their working time. There is a warm, dedicated and responsible attitude when communicating with people and businesses. The code of conduct in public places has received an enthusiastic response from all classes of people through the preservation of public hygiene and a polite and proper attitude when participating in entertainment activities at public places.

        Parade promotes the visual advocacy of code of conduct.

To promote the effective implementation of the 02 Codes of Conduct of Hanoi city to all classes of the people in the district, the People’s Committee of Me Linh district has issued a plan to organize the implementation of propaganda models of two sets of Code of Conduct of Hanoi city. Accordingly, starting from July 30, 2019, the district implemented 08 propaganda models, including (1) OSS and inter-connected one-stop department model to handle civilized, friendly and professional administrative procedures; (2) Cultural apartment model, polite behavior, respect for common space; (3) Propaganda model for small traders to have friendly communication in buying and selling goods, listing prices and origin of products, and preventing using toxic chemicals; (4) Mobile propaganda model about cultural behavior, environmental sanitation and traffic compliance; (5) Green office and tidy workplace model; (6) Model to guide people to obey the traffic law, and behave well in case of collisions on roads; (7) Model of building a friendly school, good words – good deeds,  creating beautiful landscape (8) Model of villages and residential groups without social evils, green – clean – beautiful environment”.
