People actively participate in the construction of the model road in Van Phuc commune
Accordingly, the District People’s Committee has directed 21/21 communes and towns to choose a residential area as the focus for building a green, clean and beautiful landscape. The selected residential areas have actively propagated and mobilized people to plant flowers and shade trees along the roads, construct wastewater drainage systems, mount house number plates, and make greeting gates.
In addition, the District People’s Committee assigned each commune or town to build a road with blooming flowers or murals, and embellish the central areas of the villages.
