The 14th Hanoi City Mobile Propaganda Festival aims to propagate widely so that the whole Party, people and army are aware of the purpose, meaning and importance of the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and the People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term, to elect worthy delegates to represent the people’s will, aspirations and mastery.

This year’s festival has the participation of 30 mobile propaganda teams from 30 districts and towns of Hanoi and is held at 7 outdoor theater venues in the following districts: Nam Tu Liem (night of April 23), Dan Phuong district (April 26), Chuong My district (April 29), Thanh Oai district (May 4), Long Bien district (May 7), Me Linh district (May 10), Dong Anh district (May 13).
The content of the mobile propaganda program to attend the Festival focused on propaganda to welcome the election of deputies to the 15th National Assembly and the People’s Council at all levels for the 2021-2026 term; reflected the economic, cultural – social achievements of the locality, the capital and the country in the renovation process; stepped up the cause of industrialization and modernization; emulation movements; large social movements and activities, simultaneously propagated “Promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style”, the campaign “All people unite to build a new countryside and a civilized city”.
The Organizing Committee said that the prize structure at the festival includes the following prizes: Collective prize for “Propaganda music and dance program”, Collective award for “Visual propaganda”, Collective award for “Propaganda drama”, Sub-prize on “Good communicator” and Certificates of Merit for collectives and individuals with achievements in coordinating the organization of the Festival.
The Hanoi City Mobile Propaganda Festival is a biennial activity that aims to promote propaganda activities serving the political-economic – cultural – social tasks of the city and other localities, also create conditions for mobile propaganda teams to exchange expertise, learn from each other, and accumulate experience to improve the quality of activities in service of information and propaganda work in the localities, practically serve the masses of the people, contributing to improving the cultural life at the grassroots.
