Accordingly, the requirement is the content of extensive propaganda and education among cadres, party members, people and armed forces of the Capital about the great historical significance of the Capital Liberation Day, the traditional revolutionary life, patriotism, national pride, love for Hanoi, and pride in the capital of a thousand years of civilization and heroism, with magnanimity, Thang Long wisdom, aspiration for peace, and pompous qualities… Capital Liberation Day is one of the shining milestones, opening a new era of the Ho Chi Minh era in the development process of Thang Long – Hanoi. This is an opportunity to propagate and strongly promote the spirit of solidarity and efforts of all people in the capital, individuals, organizations and businesses in the city to protect the anti-pandemic achievements, contribute to together with the whole country in winning the Covid-19 pandemic, bringing the country and the capital back to a “new normal state”. In addition, propaganda activities to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day in association with the 75th anniversary of the Capital’s Armed Forces Tradition Day were conducted extensively, highly educationally, and associated with the implementation of the work in 2021 themed “Discipline, responsibility, action, creativity, development”.
The organization of commemorative propaganda activities needs to be solemn, practical, effective, creating an atmosphere of joy and excitement in both the political system and people of all strata and arousing pride in the history of the capital and the country, delighted at the initial achievements of the pandemic prevention and control, joining hands to maintain the achievements of the revolution and the results of pandemic prevention and control.
The Department of Publicity and Education of the City Party Committee proposed the Department of Publicity and Education of the committees of districts, towns and Party Committees directly under the City Party Committee to advise the Party committees and authorities to direct the organization of commemorative activities in the area, implement the work information, propaganda, visual promotion and activities such as Culture – art, “repay – gratitude”, and “When drinking water, remember its source”, honor and appreciate the dedication and contributions of the people with meritorious services to the revolution; meeting appropriate historical witnesses in the context of Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control.
The Ho Chi Minh City Communist Youth Union guides and directs all levels of the Youth Union to put propaganda content on commemorative activities integrated into the activities of the Youth Union, Association, and Team, through which, promote traditional education for the younger generation.
The Party Committee of Hanoi Universities and Colleges, Department of Education and Training directs the general schools; Colleges, universities, professional and vocational schools organize information and propaganda activities among students.
The Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations propagate and mobilize cadres, members and union members to emulate achievements to celebrate the 67th anniversary of the Capital Liberation Day in association with the 75th anniversary of the Capital’s Armed Forces Tradition Day. Mobilizing the people to continue effectively implementing the movement of all people to unite to build cultural life; implement civilized lifestyle, build civilized and elegant Hanoi people.
