Develop guiding documents and organize professional activities to implement the Code of Family Conduct.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism assigns the Department of Family to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with relevant agencies and units in, developing guiding documents and organizing training on skills in implementing the Code of Family Conduct in the family expertise training program. The Legal Department studies and guides the integration of the Code of Family Conduct into training activities and provides professional guidance on building and implementing conventions and rules in localities.

The Department of Grassroots Culture integrates the implementation of the Code of Family Conduct in directing and guiding localities to build the movement “All people unite to build cultural life”.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism/ Department of Culture and Sports/ Department of Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism advise People’s Committees of provinces and Municipalities to issue implementation documents of the Code of Family Conduct suitable to the actual situation; provide professional guidance on the implementation of the Code of Family Conduct in the localities.

Organize the propaganda activities on the mass media, grassroots information system, visual promotion, cyberspace, direct communication in the community, through contests, contests, seminars, club activities and new forms attract the attention of a large number of people, families, and family members.
