In order to raise the awareness of self-discipline for officials and people of the Capital to comply with the provisions of the law related to pandemic prevention and control, contributing to the rapid repellency of the pandemic, the propaganda work must ensure that the content closely follow the requirements and direction of the Central Government and the City and programs and plans related to law dissemination and education; at the same time, ensure suitability for each object and location, in addition, promote dissemination and education of the law on pandemic prevention and control with appropriate forms and contents for each cadre, civil servant, public employee, employee, student and citizen of the Capital to be well aware of the dangers and harms of not complying with the legal regulations on pandemic prevention and control and implementing the lifestyle “Culture for prevention and control of Covid-19 pandemic”. Each cadre, civil servant and public employee is a propagandist of the law on pandemic prevention and control and an exemplary role model in observing and complying with the law on Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control.
Application of information technology in the prevention of Covid-19 pandemic
Especially, the application of information technology in the propagation, dissemination and education of the law on pandemic prevention and control is promoted. Good models, effective ways of doing things, good examples in propagating and obeying the law on pandemic prevention and control is replicated. The examples of “Good people, good deeds” in propagating and disseminating the law on pandemic prevention and control is praised along with criticizing and condemning intentional violations and disregarding of discipline and law in the pandemic prevention and control; the active participation and coordination of all levels, branches, mass organizations and the entire people of the Capital in propaganda activities is mobilized and integrated in work programs, plans, task execution, and other movements of agencies, units, localities, and self-management models in the community. Propaganda is combined with strictly handling violations of the law on pandemic prevention and control. It is required to clearly define that the propagation and observance of the law on pandemic prevention and control is a criterion for assessing the completion of tasks of agencies, units, mass organizations, cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees.
In order to do well in propaganda, the City People’s Committee assigns departments, agencies, branches and localities to perform each specific task. The City People’s Committee also proposed the Propaganda and Education Department of the City Party Committee to direct the Propaganda and Education Department of districts, towns to strengthen propaganda of relevant laws on pandemic prevention and control, regularly orientate to disseminate information and educate relevant laws on Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control.
The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hanoi city and the city’s socio-political organizations directed to promote the dissemination and education of laws related to pandemic prevention and control in various forms with appropriate content, put this work into regular activities and consider it as a regular task of organizations and mass organizations, make the observance of the law on pandemic prevention and control as a criterion for evaluating emulation in organizations, mass organizations and members.
City People’s Committee requires departments, divisions, branches and units; People’s Committees of districts, towns, based on this plan, develop implementation plans at units and localities; report the results periodically 2 times/month on the 15th and the last day of the month. The reporting period is from September 30, 2021.
