Clearly identifying the importance of family in building Cau Giay district for sustainable development, wealth, beauty, civilization, the District Labor Confederation has always focused on building typical families of workers and employees.
Over the past time, the District Labor Confederation has implemented a plan to guide and urge the grassroots trade unions to well implement the content of building a typical family of workers and employees, ensuring progress requirements, integrating with the emulation movements “Good Labor”; movement of “Good at social work and talented at housework”; movement of “Women actively study, work creatively, build happy families”, “Promoting learning and following Ho Chi Minh’s thought, morality and style”, etc. thereby improving awareness of the responsibilities of each family member, encouraging the families of workers and employees to strive to build “A prosperous, equal, progressive and happy family”.

The district Labor Confederation proposed grassroots trade unions to propagate and mobilize union members to promote the traditional beauty of Vietnamese families, especially families with many generations living in harmony, grandparents and parents are examples of morality, lifestyle, filial piety and love for each other. In the family, each person has a job to strive to build the family economy, have a sense of protection, help each other and live in harmony, gathering and having fun with their close members. To have happiness and maintain the flame of happiness in each family is not easy. However, it is not easy to have happiness in the house of many generations because it requires each member to know how to reconcile each other’s lifestyles, habits, views, forgiveness and tolerance for each other. The multi-generational families living together will really be home that preserves the traditional values of the Vietnamese family in a modern living environment.
Through comments and introductions from grassroots trade unions, recently, the Cau Giay District Labor Confederation held a conference to commend and reward 115 typical families of workers and employees in 2021. The conference was the occasion to affirm the role of the family of workers, exemplary workers, in good implementation of the Party’s guidelines, policies and laws of the State; promote the fine cultural traditions of Vietnamese families and the active and effective contributions of the families of workers and employees in building a prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized family, contributing to creating a happy, harmonious and just society, also spreading the good values of the family in life, contributing to building Cau Giay district more and more civilized, rich and beautiful.
