That was the topic for discussion held by the Department of Culture and sports of Ha Noi on the morning of 20th March, on the occassion of the International Day of Happiness – 20 March, 2017.

Attending the Programme were People’s Artist Tran Quoc Chiem, Deputy Head of Party Committee and Deputy Director of Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports; Mr. Nguyen Khac Loi, Deputy Director of Ha Noi Department of culture and Sports, together with leaders and officers from the relevant functional divisions under Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports. \
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Khac Loi stressed the significant importance of the International Day of Happiness and the implementation of activities aimed at raising the awareness of all the levels, branches, organizations and families; hence taking concrete and practical actions in building happy family and community as well.
In 2014, it was the first time Viet Nam officially held the activities in response of the International Day of Happiness on 20th March with the title: “Love and Share. At this event, Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam on behalf of the government conveyed a message to the entire Vietnamese people that the celebration of the International Day of Happiness is an action of joining the whole world to express wishes, confidence and determination to strive for a world of peace, with no war, no poverty; a world of prosperity and sustainable development; a world in which all the people regardless of skin colours, ethnics, religions are entitled to complete happinesses.
On 19th January, 2017, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism signed and released the document on the holding of activities in celebration of the International Day of Happiness – 20th March of 2017. Under which, the 2017 title was “Love and Share”, with the main catchwords as: Responding to the International Day of Happiness 0f 20th March; Lets’ act for a prosperous, progressive, civilized and happy family; Build an environment for happy living, learning and working.

In order to further achieve the goals of social welfare development, building the prosperous, advanced and happy Vietnamese families in response of the International Day of Happiness launched by the UN, Ha Noi Department of Culture and Sports organized the discussion meeting on the title of “Love and Share”.
