According to the report, by the end of the first quarter of 2019, the whole district has granted to building permit for 92 cases, reaching 99%; Inspecting and sanctioning administrative violations 07 cases, fines of over VND 112 million; no “super thin, super distorted” project arose.
In urban order management, the District Steering Committee has directed units, Steering Committee 197 and wards to strengthen the inspection, settlement and handling of violations of traffic order and safety, urban order, public order on the street. Checking and handling 6,141 cases of violations of urban order, fining more than VND 2,793 billion, increase 25% compared to 2018; Checking and handling 223 violations of traffic safety order fining over VND 361 million, increase 21% compared to 2018.
Notably, the functional forces have checked and handled 1.509 violations according to the Zalo network of the 197 District Steering Committee. Checking and handling 169 roofs, pitched roof, umbrellas, tables and chairs. Organizing to thoroughly dispose of 05 advertising boards, wrong billboards, sanctioning administrative violations of VND 9 million; unloading 3,463 banners, ad hanging on tree trunks, electric poles, lighting posts, traffic signal poles, business shops, etc.
In the coming time, the district will continue to focus on directing departments, divisions, unions and wards to strengthen the work of discipline, building order and urban order; to implement drastically measures to ensure traffic safety and propaganda, raising awareness of people in removing garbage on time and at the right place.
