Implementing the “Year of enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the political system”, the People’s Committee of My Duc district has developed a plan no. 375 / KH-UBND to improve and enhance the efficiency of governance and public administration index in the district in 2018.
Accordingly, the district will promote the dissemination of laws to help all people understand the purposes, meaning and importance of the implementation of grassroots democracy, propaganda for cadres and civil servants, officials to well implement the Regulation on democracy at agencies. At the same time, the district also propagates to the people to be informed, participate in, and supervise the implementation of the regulations of the branch according to regulation, directs the strict implementation of the provisions of law, creates the premise and legal grounds for the promotion of the collective mastery right at the grassroots level, and what the public servants have the right to be informed and supervise, examine and make questions in the operation of agencies and units; carries out democratization in relations and handling works between agencies and organizations and citizens.
Furthermore, administrative procedures of the City; regulations, administrative procedures under jurisdiction of the district should be transparently publicized: 100% of regulations, administrative procedures are listed, publicized transparently, clearly and easy to access and be searched and grasped at the division of receiving and delivering settlement results of administrative procedures of districts and communes and townships on the district portal; Information on land use planning, land cost and related contents should be publicized transparently and clearly: 100% of land use planning and land cost are publicized transparently, clearly and accessible at head offices of agencies, units, residential area, residential groups, village cultural houses on the district People’s Committee’s portal; 100% of the criteria for poor households, the list of poor households is listed publicly, transparently, clearly and accessible at the commune-level People’s Committees, residential areas, residential groups, village cultural houses…
Along with that is the promotion of propagation and dissemination of legal documents and documents related to anti-corruption in various forms for people to know and conduct supervision. The report on the district’s annual anti-corruption results on the mass media will be publicized.
