The conference aims to raise awareness, responsibility, and political determination of all levels of Party committees, organizations, agencies, party members, civil servants, public employees, union members, association members, especially in the city of Hanoi, thereby implement drastically and effectively the Resolution of the Party’s Politburo. The content of work associated with the assignment of specific tasks will be concretized and identified clearly for each Party organization, agency, unit and locality of the city in the preparation for the organization of the conference.
As planned, the conference would be convened by the Standing Board of the Secretariat, held in person at the Hanoi Party Committee, combined with online conference to the broadcasting locations of Hanoi city. The conference will last for 1 session, expected to be held in June 2022 (right after the end of the third session, 15th National Assembly) with the participation of about 200 delegates including Comrades representing leaders of the Party, State and Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee; representatives of the Standing Provincial Party Committees and Party Committees of the provinces of the Red River Delta, the Capital Region, the Northern Key Economic Zone and Ho Chi Minh City; members of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, members of the Executive Committee of the City Party Committee, members of the Inspection Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, leaders of the Party committees and the Office of the City Party Committee; leaders of departments, divisions, branches, socio-political organizations from the city to the communal level…
The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee requested Party organizations, agencies, units, and localities of the city to fully prepare conditions on material facilities and transmission lines to smoothly connect with the central bridge location of the main bridge location at the headquarters of the Hanoi Party Committee. The organization of the conference must ensure solemnity, practicality, efficiency, absolute safety, strictly comply with regulations on prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic.
