On 19 May, Ha Noi Socio – Cultural – Integrated Emulation Group organized a discussion meeting on the Code of Conducts in the area of Ha Noi City. This was to exchange ideas and commend the exemplary outstanding individuals on the occassion of celebrating the 70th Anniversary that President Ho Chi Minh released an appeal for patriotic emulation.

Implementing the emulative movement launched by the Central Party and Ha Noi People’s Coommittee, for the past years, the Emulative Group No2’s units of Ha Noi city had effectively been carrying out the emulative campaigns in accordance with their designated functions and duties, and recorded many considerable achievements. Through such emulative drives, there had lots of exemplary figures, good people, good things appeared, bringing about pervasive impacts, pushing up the emulative movements within the groups in the city.

Within the meeting’s programme, participants had heard a presentation by Mr. Ngo Van Nam, Head of Lifestyle and Family Culture Development Division of Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports on the issue of implementation of the Code of Conducts in Ha Noi area; at the same time, sharing of useful ideas and experiences as well as effective propaganda and mobilization measures imposed on cadres, civil servants, officers and labourers working in the municipal bodies to observe the code at the city’s public sites.
