The “Great Unity of Ethnicities – Cultural Heritage of Vietnam” week is an occasion for communities of various ethnicities to converge, meet, and interact at the “Common House” of the Cultural – Tourism Village of Vietnamese Ethnicities. It contributes to preserving and promoting the tradition of great national unity, honoring, spreading, and promoting the cultural identity of the 54 ethnic communities of Vietnam.

Taking place from November 22 to 26 at the Cultural – Tourism Village of Vietnamese Ethnicities (Dong Mo, Son Tay, Hanoi), the “Great Unity of Ethnicities – Cultural Heritage of Vietnam” week in 2023 saw the participation of over 200 compatriots from 15 ethnic groups, including Tay, Nung, Dao, Mong, Muong, Thai, Kho Mu, Ta Oi, Ba Na, Co Tu, Xo Dang, Gia Rai, Raglai, E De, Khmer, coming from various locations such as Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Ha Giang, Hoa Binh, Son La, Thua Thien Hue, Gia Lai, Kon Tum, Dak Lak, Ninh Thuan, Soc Trang.

As part of the event, compatriots from various ethnic groups will participate in organizing activities such as the Festival of Nêu Tree Display, cultural exchanges, sports, and tourism of Vietnamese ethnicities for the second time in 2023, featuring Mass Folk Arts Festival; Traditional Ethnic Costume Showcase; Performance and introduction of excerpts from festivals, traditional cultural rituals of ethnic groups tied to the Neu tree; Exhibition and promotion of the traditional culture of localities…
