In the past time, the district has embellished and socialized the planting of flowers and trees to beautify the landscape and installed entertainment equipment, sports equipment in service of people’s life. The district implemented the construction of children’s playgrounds and sports grounds with a total socialization budget of VND 1.4 billion; installed 24 sets of outdoor sports equipment in 17 wards; organized drawing of mural and cheering pictures with an area of about 6,000 m2; organized painting and drawing of 130 electric cabinets on the streets; rehabilitated 10/13 ponds and lakes in the residential areas…
In the coming time, Ha Dong district will continue to promote propaganda, mobilize the entire political system to take part, raise awareness and responsibility of each citizen for actively participating in environmental protection activities, to build order, living habits, and civilized behaviors to the environment.

The Center for Culture, Sports and Information is assigned to coordinate closely with the Finance – Planning Department and the People’s Committees of wards in reviewing, purchasing and installing entertainment equipment and sports equipment according to regulations, ensuring quality, practicality and effectiveness, serving the needs of the people in 17 wards.
