On August 5, the People’s Committee of Ha Dong District organized the 2nd Representative Cultural Family Festival in 2023.
Fifteen families within the district were selected to participate in the festival. Each family presented a performance with two segments: Introduction and Talents. The allotted time for each family did not exceed 15 minutes. In the Introduction segment, family members introduced the characteristics, traditions, notable achievements of their family, and contributions to the local community and society. In the Talent segment, families showcased performances, including singing and dancing praising their homeland, country, and family bonds, and short skits dramatizing the embodiment of traditional cultural values in their family and community. The participating families received enthusiastic cheers from the audience.

The Second Prizes were granted to Mr. Nguyen Van Hoa’s family from Van Phuc Ward and Mr. Do Anh Tuan’s family from Phuc La Ward. The Third Prizes were bestowed upon Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tai’s family from Nguyen Trai Ward, Mr. Le Trung Kien’s family from Ha Cau Ward, and Mr. Nguyen Quang Han’s family from Phu Lam Ward. Additionally, nine Consolation Prizes and two Supplementary Prizes were awarded to other participating families.
The Representative Cultural Family Festival provides an opportunity for families to meet, engage in cultural and artistic exchanges, and share experiences in building cultural families. It contributes to preserving and promoting the cultural values of families, affirming the role of families in the development of society, and gradually constructing warm, equal, progressive, and happy families.
