Ha Noi is continuing to make preparations for the holding of SEA Games 31 and ASEAN Para Games 11 due to take place in 2021. The Department of Culture ans Sports has submitted to Ha Noi Municipal People’s Committee for the issuance of the Plan for holding SEA Games 31 and ASEAN Para Games 11 in 2021; and coordinating the execution of the project to repair and upgrade 08 works which will be used for training and competition in service of SEA Games 31 in 2021. At the same time, it has also proposed the related work to the organization of SEA Games 31 và ASEAN Para Games 11 in 2021 including: building the Games’scenarios as well as selecting the implenting agency in charge of the holding of the opening and closing ceremonies of SEA Games 31 and ASEAN Para Games 11 in 2021; judging the possibilities for the hosting of the event and then reporting it to the National Steering Committee and the Premier.
Ha Noi is exerting all the efforts to accelerate the completion of upgraded sports works in service of SEA Games; preparing for the most favourable conditions for the hosting of SEA Games 31 and ASEAN Para Games 11 once the factual situation permits. It has also paid special attention to the training and refreshening plan, and selection of Ha Noi teams for competing in the sports tournaments at home and abroad, making sure that it is up to qualities, effectiveness and set targets; conducting the scientific appraisal, health and biochemical examination in favour of all the three tier athletes…
