Accordingly, from July 29 to August 4, 2021, a propaganda convoy, including 5 model cars, decorated with panels, posters and mounted a loudspeaker system to propagate the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic will spread to the central areas of the city and districts, towns to propagate for people to seriously implement the Directive 17/CT-UBND by the Hanoi People’s Committee on social distancing, notes to be taken and publicizing a hotline to receive people’s feedback, in which people can report mistakes in pandemic prevention and control, the observance of pandemic prevention and control measures in the community; the risk of contact with cases appearing in the community, untrue information, etc. to help the City’s authorities to promptly handle all situations, minimize the risk of infection and ensure safety for the people.
At exactly 7 a.m., the convoy gathered in front of the State Bank of Vietnam to prepare to launch, then 5 vehicles started for the propaganda at many streets in the city center.

At exactly 8 o’clock, at the Opera House, each model car moved in one direction to propagate in many districts in the city. Specifically:
Vehicle 1 propagates along the routes such as Trang Tien – Trang Thi – Dien Bien Phu – Le Hong Phong – Chu Van An – Doc Lap – Hung Vuong – Phan Dinh Phung – Hoang Dieu – Hoang Van Thu – Hung Vuong – Thanh Nien – Nghi Tam – Au Co – Nhat Tan Bridge, then in the districts including Dong Anh – Soc Son – Me Linh.
Vehicle 2 propagated along the routes such as Trang Tien – Dinh Tien Hoang – Hang Ngang – Hang Dao – Quan Thanh – Nguyen Bieu – Hoang Dieu – Tran Phu – Kim Ma – Cau Giay – Road 32.

Vehicle 3 propagated along the routes such as Trang Tien – Hang Khay – Ba Trieu – Dai Co Viet – Giai Phong – Ngoc Hoi, then in Thuong Tin and Phu Xuyen districts.
Vehicle 4 propagated along the roads such as Le Thanh Tong – Tran Hung Dao – Tran Quang Khai – Chuong Duong bridge, then moved to Long Bien district and Gia Lam district.
Vehicle 5 propagated along the routes such as Trang Tien – Ngo Quyen – Le Duan – Dao Duy Anh – Xa Dan – Nguyen Luong Bang – Tay Son – Nga Tu So – direction to districts: Thanh Xuan – Ha Dong and districts: Chuong My, Thanh Oai, Ung Hoa, My Duc.

This is a meaningful activity to effectively implement Directive No. 17/CT-UBND dated July 23, 2021, by the City People’s Committee on implementing social distancing in the city to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic.
