The year 2022 is an important year which creates a foundation for the implementation of the goals of the Five-Year Plan (2021-2025) in the spirit of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; the Resolution of the 17th City Party Congress…For the purposes of safe adaptation, flexible and effective control of COVID-19 pandemic, promoting economic recovery and development, ensuring social security, the city will promote its disseminating activities in a proactive, timely, effective, flexible and creative manner in line with requirements of dissemination and actual situation, balancing information on pandemic prevention and those on economic development recovery and other fields; integrating the dissemination and implementation of political tasks and socio-economic development in patriotic emulation movements and major events of the capital and the country in 2022, creating an exciting atmosphere and trust in residents of the capital with honest, objective, constructive and responsible information; minimizing negative impacts and fighting against negative, false and inaccurate one, especially in the Covid-19 pandemic prevention in Hanoi and the whole country.
Organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities to welcome holidays and anniversaries of the country and the Capital
Dissemination contents focus on directions and instructions of the City Party Committee – People’s Council – City People’s Committee; Criteria on safe, flexible adaptation and effective control of the Covid-19 pandemic to ensure public health; Economic recovery and development; Socio-cultural development activities, information and communication, education and training and social security; Urban management and development, protection of environmental resources, development and construction of new rural areas; Administrative reform, corruption and waste prevention; settlement of complaints and denunciations and ensuring the national defense and security, improving the efficiency of foreign affairs.
Promoting the capital culture and tourism
The Department of Culture and Sports is assigned to give instructions and guidance for organizing cultural, artistic and sports activities, exhibitions and visual propaganda on socio-economic development achievements; outstanding international integration events; celebrating activities for major holidays in 2022… in association with ensuring the compliance with the COVID-19 pandemic situation; coordinate with the Department of Tourism and Department of Foreign Affairs to develop a plan for tourism and scenic spots promotion, etc., contributing to the promotion and introduction of potentials and strengths to attract investments for the socio-economic development.
Dissemination activities have been carried out to widely and effectively propagandize the theme of 2022 “Discipline, responsibility, action, creativity, development”, contributing to the consensus and solidarity throughout the Party committees, authorities and residents of the capital. At the same time, actively encouraging all levels, sectors, enterprises and residents to overcome difficulties and challenges, decisively complete set goals and successfully carry out socio-economic development tasks in 2022.
