As per the letter: Vietnam’s Law Day (November 9) has been celebrated by the City People’s Committee, departments, agencies, city unions, People’s Committees of districts, towns and all classes of people in the city, attracting the attention of the whole society. As the national political-administrative center, where the headquarters of the central agencies of the Party, the State and socio-political organizations, diplomatic missions and international organizations are located, Ha Noi, a major center for culture, education, science and technology, economy and international transactions of the whole country, is selected to organize activities to respond to Vietnam Law Day. It is important to spread the capital to the whole country in law propaganda, dissemination and education, raising the awareness of law observance, and building a socialist rule of law state.
For Vietnam’s Law Day 2021 to be strictly implemented, continue to be held in depth and spread the spirit of respect for the Constitution and the law among the people, the City People’s Committee requires departments, agencies, branches, city unions; People’s Committees of districts, towns to focus on the implementation of Plan No.218/KH-UBND dated October 5, 2021 of the City People’s Committee on responding to “Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam” on Hanoi city in 2021.
During the peak time (from November 1 to November 9, 2021), city departments, agencies, organizations; The People’s Committees of districts, towns and cities will focus on proper disseminating and propagating the purpose and meaning of Vietnam’s Law Day 2021.
The City People’s Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports, the People’s Committees of districts and towns to organize hanging banners, panels and posters at main roads, major streets, central areas, and state offices, public places to communicate about Vietnam’s Law Day 2021.
Department of Justice develops reportage in response to Vietnam’s Law Day; the trailer promotes Vietnam Law Day and coordinates with Hanoi Radio – Television Station for propagation on Hanoi Radio and Television.
Hanoi Radio – Television Station and the city’s press agencies promptly and widely disseminate information on activities to respond to Vietnam’s Law Day by departments, agencies, organizations and units; People’s Committees of districts, towns, through appropriate forms, creating a highlight in the city’s organization to respond to Vietnam’s Law Day.
