In the afternoon of May 11, Hoan Kiem District held a conference to award certificates to 100 agencies, units, and enterprises meeting cultural standards in 2 years (2015 – 2016).

These were agencies, units, and enterprises which had been considered for recognition of meeting cultural standards out of a total of 258 units applied for cultural unit title in 2 years (2015 – 2016). These units had successfully followed the Guideline No. 49/HD-UBND dated March 12, 2015 of the People’s Committee of Hoan Kiem District on the application for cultural standard title and implementation of the set out criteria of units, especially agencies and units under the district, People’s Committees of 18 wards, schools, and units and enterprises with trade unions under Hoan Kiem Trade Union.
In 2017 and the following years, the Steering Committee for the “People unite to establish civilized life” movement of Hoan Kiem District will continue to strengthen the dissemination of the criteria and review and mobilize eligible agencies, units, enterprises, and schools to apply for the recognition of meeting cultural standards (especially private enterprises and local units whose trade unions are not under the district’s Trade Union). The remaining 158 units and 100% of the units newly applied will make best efforts to obtain the title of agencies, units, and enterprises meeting cultural standards.
