“The Dragon dance show that takes place in 2 weekends at Hoan Kiem Lake Walking Street will satisfy the needs of the people during the holidays and after a long time we do the isolation and social distancing caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. Through this activity, traditional cultural beauties will become a highlight in promoting Hanoi’s cultural – tourist destination, contributing to stimulating tourism demand “- Ms. Hanh further shared.

Not only appearing bustling and jubilant in the festivals and holidays, dragon dance has become an impressive highlight in linking outdoor cultural and artistic performances with the tourism development of Thu Hanoi capital.

With beautifully designed dragon patterns combining creative choreography, dragon dance repertoire is performed with rich and high quality, demonstrating the elaborate investment, rich in ideas in the staging. The performances created great feelings for the viewers, thereby hoping to contribute to promoting the tourism of the capital.

The dragon dance “Thang Long of a thousand years of flight” and “The convergence of dragon and unicorn” from two dragon teams Chuong My and Thanh Tri created an attraction to the audience, contributing to meeting the people’s need to enjoy the arts.

The program will continue to take place at 9:00 on May 31 on Guom Lake Walking Street in order to bring inspiration and hope overflowing through the image of a dragon – a symbol of prosperity.
