At this year’s election, in the top 3 of the Female Athlete of the Year, Young Athlete of the Year, Coach of the Year categories, athletes and coaches of Hanoi have been honored to be present.


In the Female Athlete of the Year category, Hanoi has weightlifter Vuong Thi Huyen, in 2019, Hanoi won two gold medals, one silver medal for the World Cup, three gold medals in the Asian Championship, one gold medal in the SEA Games.


In the Young Athlete of the Year category, Do Thi Anh Nguyet – the 18-year-old archer of Hanoi reached the top three for her achievements in 2019 including, 1 Bronze Medal and Olympic ticket at the Asian Championship, 1 Gold Medal in SEA Games 30.


In the Coach of the Year category, Coach Luu Van Thang of the Hanoi (Hanoi Sports Training and Competition Center) was also honored to be voted into the top 3 with Female Football Coach Mai Duc Chung and Athletics coach Tran Van Sy. In 2019, coach Luu Van Thang helped Vietnam weightlifting win 5 gold medals in the World Cup, 3 gold medals in the Asian Championship and 4 gold medals in the SEA Games 30.

According to the results of the 2019 Victory Cup, although the above names did not win the cup in the categories, they have confirmed their mark in the overall success of Vietnamese Sports.


In the end, the final result was awarded by the Organizing Committee to the candidates who headed the categories of the 2019 Victory Cup.
