A myriad of exquisite dishes, redolent with the essence of the capital, such as Me Tri young sticky rice, Thanh Tri roll rice pancakes, and Quan Ganh glutinous rice dumplings are being showcased to consumers and food enthusiasts at Thong Nhat Park (Hai Ba Trung District).

This event is part of the Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival 2023 under the theme “Hanoi International Culinary Culture Exchange.”

With approximately 80 booths presenting products and distinctive dishes from the capital, provinces, cities, and international participants, the festival serves as a vibrant cultural and culinary exchange platform.

Stalls adorned with Ngoc Ha flowers and Hang Than green sticky rice cake.

To promote their products, many vendors offer free samples or enticing promotions.

The Quan Ganh glutinous rice dumplings booth from Nhi Khe commune (Thuong Tin district) is consistently crowded with customers making purchases.

The glutinous rice dumplings come in two varieties: savory and sweet.

Mrs. Nguyen Thi The, owner of the Thanh Tri rolled rice pancakes booth, states, “This is an opportunity for us to introduce our products to consumers both domestically and internationally, contributing to the preservation of the traditional culinary culture of our locality.”

She adds, “I hope the brand of Thanh Tri rolled rice pancakes will continue to flourish so that every visitor to the capital cannot resist trying this dish.”

Se porridge from Ha Mo Commune (Dan Phuong District) has attracted considerable attention from visitor.

Residents explore the international culinary exhibition space with numerous tempting dishes.

The products from Azerbaijan receive high praise from diners.

Additionally, the event features several booths selling distinctive agricultural products from provinces such as Bac Ninh, Son La, Ha Giang… and various culinary booths.

Tourists take advantage of the opportunity to save beautiful images when participating in the festival.


In the festival’s ambiance, there is also a mobile book exhibition related to the theme of culinary arts.

The Hanoi Culinary Culture Festival runs until the end of December 3 at Thong Nhat Park (Hai Ba Trung District)
