According to the report of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, since the City issued 2 Codes of Conduct, the Department informed 02 Codes of Conduct to each cadre, official, civil servants, and employees in each Department. From 2017 to now, the Department has issued twelve documents and plans to implement the Codes of Conduct as well as promote propaganda to raise awareness and sense of responsibility of cadres, communist party members and civil servants, officials, and employees

In 2022, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment implemented comprehensively the Codes of Conduct, work culture to all cadres, civil servants, officials and employees at the Annual Conference of Civil servants and employees for the year of 2022 and the Preliminary meeting of the first 6 months of 2022; Organized propaganda in many forms such as: in monthly activities, meetings of communist party members, via the Department’s website… All civil servants, officials and employees need to clearly understand the content of the Codes of Conduct, civil service culture to seriously implement. The Department determines that this will be a regular activity to improve the sense of responsibility for work, public service ethics, attitude to serve the People, and prevent bureaucratic, bossy, authoritarian and negative acts, irresponsibility during working process.

The tightening of discipline and administrative discipline got special attention by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and is strictly implemented. Through the implementation of 02 Codes of Conduct of the City, all cadres, communist party members, civil servants, officials and employees  have improved their sense of discipline, awareness of role and responsibilities of individuals during working time; always have a polite and civilized attitude in communication with people, enthusiastic and thoughtful guidance, without causing harassment or trouble during working with People; implement regulations on working culture, regulations on ethics, communication culture, contributing building People’s trust in government.

However, because the Department often receives a lot of dossiers (about 40,000 dossiers need to be resolved/month), the number of staff is not enough, there are records related to many units, therefore the result issue is issued slowly.
