Many propagation activities performed during the 02 Codes of conduct implementation in 2022

 Activities are implemented to create a drastic change in awareness, attitude, and behavior in performing official duties and tasks of civil servants and employees in Hanoi authorities.  Activities are implemented to create a drastic change in awareness, attitude, and behavior in performing official duties and tasks of civil servants and employees in Hanoi authorities.

Accordingly, many activities have been promoted, such as propaganda on the mass media of the Central Government and City, Hanoi’s portal, Department of Culture and Sports’ portal, Hanoi’s Cultural Newsletter, etc. There are propaganda articles on behavioral culture which propagate and introduce typical groups and individuals in the implementation of the Code of conduct and office culture. They also contain experiences, good practices, and new models in implementation of 02 Codes of conduct of authorities and units in the city. The propagation activities include publicizing typical cases during the implementation of the Code of conduct and building an effective organizational model in the locality and units. Simultaneously, criticizing corrupt behaviors and actions is also a method to overcome the shortcomings and limitations. We should provide solutions for the next stage so that the Code of conduct becomes the actions and habits of each individual and contribute to create a symbol of elegant and civilized Hanoi’s people.

In addition, visual propaganda and mobile propaganda about the Code of Conduct have been performed on the system of panels and LED screens in Hanoi and People’s Committees in many districts and towns, and on public transport. Propaganda activities have been implemented on Hoan Kiem Lake’s pedestrian street. There are propaganda trucks to disseminate the codes of conduct to create a symbol of elegant and civilized Hanoi people in political events the Central Government and the City.

The Department of Culture and Sports has also continued to organize seminars and forums to evaluate the results of the implementation the Code of conduct and the development of a professional, disciplined, and responsible administration. The Department has asked for advice from experts and leaders about solutions for effective implementation in the coming time; The exchanges and meetings have been hosted between typical models, groups and individuals taking part in the implementation of the Code of conduct in Hanoi. An art contest was organized to propagate and promote the code of conduct in public places and also a writing contest about typical examples in implementation of the Code of conduct, etc.

 Implementation of editing the content and designing propaganda leaflet on the Code of conduct design (replacement and amendment of the previous version since 2018), and posting it at the Headquarters of the authorities, unis, or putting on the desk.
