Continuing to implement the theme of “Love and Sharing”, the Department of Culture and Sports requested the districts to actively propagate the history and meaning of International Day of Happiness, UN’s themes and messages and Vietnam’s specific themes, slogans and activities on the occasion of International Day of Happiness – March 20, 2020; propagate the policies, laws and implementation of policies and laws of the Party and State on social security and building prosperous, progressive and happy families and setting examples of good people and good deeds, activities to build happy families and happy communities; criticize manifestations and acts of domestic violence and violations of family law; encourage all individuals, organizations and communities to actively participate in activities to bring happiness to their relatives, families and communities.
In the context of complicated movements of the COVID-19 pandemic and the risks of infection as recommended by the Ministry of Health, the Department also proposed districts and towns to promote propaganda in the form of news, articles, reportage, specialized pages, categories, topics on pictorial, printed, speaking and electronic newspapers, radio; hang banners, slogans, panels and posters; print leaflets and propagate Vietnam’s message and topics on community bulletin boards on the occasion of International Day of Happiness-March 20 at the headquarters, the main roads, public places and crowded places.
Propaganda messages include “Respond to the International Day of Happiness – March 20!”; “Take action for a prosperous, progressive, happy and civilized family!”; “Build a happy living, studying and working environment!”; “Protect children with happy and peaceful families!”; “Let love warm your home!”
