Attending the conference were Vice President of the Women’s Union of Long Bien District, Tran Thi Viet Hoa, Chairwoman and Vice President of the Grassroots Women’s Union, and 120 businesswomen, officers and members of trade fair branches in the area.
At the Conference, the delegates listened to Comrade Nguyen Thi Hao – Member of the Standing Committee, Director of Hanoi Centre for Women and Development directly reporting on the knowledge and experience of civilized behavior culture in commercial business such as arrange business goods neatly, orderly, conspicuously and easy to get; learn how to communicate with customers, with people around, practice civility and politeness; do not speak excessively; maintain environmental hygiene; fire prevention, security and order at business locations; at the same time, strictly implement the regulations of the State in business activities such as listing prices and selling at listed prices; trade goods of clear origin with quality assurance; do not trade in contraband, prohibited goods, fake goods…
At the Conference, the Director of Centre for Women and Development also provided a large number of women with the main contents of the campaign “The capital’s women behave beautifully”, encouraging the grassroot levels to identify and replicate good examples of individuals and collectives who have done well in the campaign and voiced criticisms of bad actions and behaviors, thereby building and replicating effective models to create positive changes in cadres and female members in elegant and civilized behavior.
