There were thousands of outstanding children of the nation have sacrificed. So many brave soldiers have left their bodies in many lands of the Fatherland, but today, their remains have not been found. Thousands of martyr’s cemeteries are located all over the country. There are so many mothers who have lost children, wives anxiously waiting for their husbands, and many children do not have the opportunity to meet their father. All those noble sacrifices have dyed the colors of the country’s flag, so that the country can be “independent and free”.

“Today, we are here to pay tribute to the heroic martyrs, heroic Vietnamese Mothers, former political prisoners, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and families with meritorious services to the revolution.
