Hanoi, being the capital, is the political-administrative center of the country, a major center of culture, science, education, economy and international transactions, a driving force for the development of the Red River delta region and the whole country. Over the past years, the Party Committee, government and people of the Capital have seriously grasped and effectively implemented Resolution No. 11-NQ/TW of the 11th Politburo on orientations and tasks of development of Hanoi capital in the period 2011 – 2020 and has achieved many outstanding achievements, making important contributions to the cause of national construction and defense. Of which, there is a very important contribution of family work and the movement to “build a cultural family” in the city.
With Program No. 08-CTr/TU of the Party Committee of Party Congress XIV; Program No. 04-CTr/TU of the XV and XVI congresses and Program 06-CTr/TU of the XVII congress on “Developing culture, improving the quality of human resources, building elegant and civilized Hanoians in the period of 2021 – 2025″. The city advocates, focuses on 3 core contents, including building elegant and civilized Hanoians, building a cultural family and building cultural models, in which people are the core and the family is the foundation, perfecting cultural models, which is to create a healthy environment for development, responding to the process of building a modern and civilized Hanoi capital.
Models such as “Multigenerational Household”, “Studious family”, “Family preserving cultural values of traditional craft villages”, “Family loves physical training and sports”, “Family love culture and arts”, “Family good at production and business”, etc. are important factors in building and promoting the good traditional values of the capital’s family.

Responding to the “Vietnam Family Day 2022”, Hanoi introduced to the people of the capital, visitors and international friends the exhibition of near and dear images of beauty of the Hanoi family culture with the theme “Peaceful family, happy society”.
With many photos/pictures, articles and posters on display introduced the cultural beauty of Hanoi people, especially the elegant and civilized, cultural behavior of Hanoians today. In particular, the paintings drawn by the children of the Capital on theme family using many different colors displayed here showed the warm, idyllic, and loving moments in their daily life, such as family members having meal, studying and playing together, etc.
The exhibition attracted the attention of many people
Each photo showed family love at various levels, which will leave each person with emotions. Thereby, arousing the pride, affection, attachment of each individual to their family, the sense of responsibility of the individual towards the family as well as the society, contributing to the construction of a richer and more beautiful country in general and Hanoi capital in particular, meeting the requirements of sustainable development of the country.
