Accordingly, the City People’s Committee assigned the Hanoi Department of Culture and Sports to preside over and coordinate with relevant units based on the specific situation of the pandemic, the direction of the Central and the City, to proactively implementing activities in accordance with regulations, ensuring the requirements as at the Plan No. 09/KH-UBND dated January 12, 2021 by the City People’s Committee and strictly observing measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 pandemic.

The City People’s Committee assigned the Department of Culture and Sports to assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with Hanoi Radio and Television Station and related units in, building and implementing a special art program, without an audience, broadcast live on Hanoi Radio and Television Station on the occasion of the 67th anniversary of the Capital’s Liberation Day.
The Department of Culture and Sports will organize visual decoration, propaganda and promotion activities in appropriate form practicality, efficiency, savings and ensuring the conditions for the prevention of COVID-19 pandemic.
