The plan aims to propagate to all classes of people about the Party’s guidelines and directions, and the policies, laws, and solutions to guide the State and the Government on the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic; affirming the efforts and determination of all levels and sectors in pandemic prevention and control, thereby raising the awareness and responsibility of each citizen, proactively and actively preventing, and controlling the pandemic, protecting public health.
Information and propaganda activities aimed at increasing social awareness of the law-abiding, and disciplined lifestyle; contributing to building the Vietnamese human value system of solidarity, responsibility, kindness, humanity and compassion. Through propaganda activities, exhibitions, culture, art, cinema, etc., it helps to encourage the whole people to spread positive messages and effects, create trust and unanimously implement measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.
The propaganda plan requires promoting the role of the team of writers and artists in composing, propagating, leading and creating positive psychology; encouraging and promoting the spirit of mutual affection, help and support of people, communities and society in participating in pandemic prevention and control. Directing and guiding the development and organization of information, promotion, culture, art, exhibition, cinema activities, etc., in accordance with the pandemic situation; propaganda with a focus to create an atmosphere of optimism and trust among the masses; spread positive messages in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic quickly and widely.
Propaganda contents include guidelines, viewpoints and solutions directed by the Ministry of Politics, the Secretariat, the Government, the Prime Minister, the National Steering Committee for COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control, the Ministry of Health on prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic; about human values, good traditions of the nation, sharing and supporting each other; uphold the value of solidarity spirit of the community, collective, individual and acts of kindness and gratitude; praising good examples of good people and good deeds in participating in the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic, contributing to helping people have a spirit of optimism and solidarity, preventing and criticizing selfish individual acts, profiteering, making false statements, distorting, and sabotaging the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic.
