On October 6, 2022, the organizing board of the emulation movement “Keeping roads and streets green, clean and beautiful” in Son Tay town organized 2 teams to inspect and score roads and alleys in 15 communes and wards in the locality. The purpose of the emulation movement is to propagate widely about the role, awareness and responsibility of each citizen in preserving environmental sanitation, ensuring urban order and traffic order; and at the same time, promoting the campaign of “All people unite to build a cultural life”, creating the spirit of exciting emulation, contributing to the construction of Son Tay town, making it become more and more bright, green, clean, beautiful, civilized and modern.
Routes and streets participating in the movement include Cam Lam route – Duong Lam commune; route 57, Yen Thinh Residential Group – Phu Thinh ward; Residential group 8, Van Gia – Trung Hung ward; Residential group 4, Phan Chu Trinh Route – Ngo Quyen ward; lane 401 – Trai Ho – Co Dong commune; Yen Chi streeet – Khoang Sau village – Son Dong commune; lane 30 Chua Thong – Son Loc ward; Nguyen Thai Hoc street – Quang Trung ward; the road of Long Ho village – Kim Son commune; Cau Du road, Residential Group 7 – Trung Son Tram ward; Le Loi street – Le Loi ward; the road of Thieu Xuan Residential Group – Vien Son ward; lane 12B – Huu Nghi street – Xuan Khanh ward; Thu Trung road – Thanh My commune and Van Khe village road – Xuan Son commune.

Roads and streets in Son Tay are getting brighter – greener – cleaner – and more beautiful with the care of the people.
At the places of inspection and scoring, the delegation listened to representatives of the units introduce the characteristics of the villages and neighbourhood groups where the route participating in the movement ran through; characteristics of the route; construction process, and commitment to maintaining green, clean and beautiful roads. The delegation also conducted actual survey of the maintenance of public order, environmental sanitation, as well as the creation of clean and beautiful landscapes at roads and streets.
