The Vietnam Fine Arts Association said that the exhibition will display works with content interested by visual artists, encourage works on the subject of history, revolution, construction and protection of the Fatherland, study and follow Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and style, etc.
Also, the exhibition also encourages the authors to explore creatively about forms, languages and artistic materials with their own identity, in the spirit of promoting the artistic tradition, selectively absorbing the quintessence of world art, with high value in thought and art.

Works to be exhibited must be composed from July 2019 to June 2020. Authors can submit their works to the Central Vietnam Fine Arts Association, located at No. 51, Tran Hung Dao Street, Hanoi before July, for works from the Exhibition of Graphic, Sculpture, and Applied Fine Arts submitted from 6 to 9 August 2020. Artworks submitted to the Art Exhibition shall be submitted from 18 to 21 August 2020.
The authors whose works are selected for the exhibition will be granted certificates. Regarding the award, there will be Prize A (VND 12 million), Prize B (VND 9 million), Prize C (VND 6 million) and Consolation prize (VND 3 million). Along with that, the high-awarded works at the Regional Fine Arts Exhibition will be introduced to the Vietnam Fine Arts Association Awards.

Any work of the author who is not a member of the Vietnam Fine Arts Association will be selected for the award of the National Committee of the Vietnam Association of Literature and Arts.
