Thach That District People’s Committee, on July 13, held a training on implementation of the movement “All people unite to build cultural life, prepare and implement conventions of Cultural Villages and Residential Groups in 2022 for leaders of communes and townships, cultural and social civil servants, Party cell secretaries, Heads of the Front’s working committees, villages, and residential groups of communes and townships in the district.

In the training, the trainees were imparted knowledge by Mr. Luong Duc Thang – Deputy Director of the Grassroots Culture Department (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) to implement the contents of the movement “All people unite to build cultural life, prepare and implement conventions of Cultural Villages and Residential Groups such as: the Government’s Decree 122 stipulating the consideration and award of the title of Cultural Family, Cultural Residential Group, Cultural Village; Decision No. 22 of the Prime Minister on preparation and implementation of conventions of villages; Instruction No. 118 of the Department of Culture and Sports on implementation of management and organization of activities for cultural houses, sports areas in villages, residential groups in Hanoi city. On the training, the delegates had the opportunity to exchange, discuss and share experiences, good practices, practical solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in implementing the movement.

Through the training the trainees were equipped with basic knowledge in state management of the movement “All people unite to build cultural life”; improved their capacity in management and organization of cultural and sports activities at the grassroots level in practice, contributing to improving the quality of the movement “All people unite to build cultural life” and preparation and implementation of conventions of villages and residential groups.
