In recent years, the Labor Union of Thanh Oai district has always paid attention and promoted the emulation movement to build a typical families of public servants and of employees, guided and directed grassroots trade unions to actively propagate and educate in order to raise awareness of the importance, position and role of the families as well as the work of building prosperous, equal, happy and progressive families of public servants and of employees in the new situation, actively propagated and promoted the emulation movement “Capable of national affairs and duteous at housework” in association with the movement “The capital’s women actively study, work creatively, build a civilized and happy families”. The work of building a cultural families among public servants and employees has been organized through seminars, club activities, etc. On the occasion of International Women’s Day 8/3, after summarizing the emulation movement “Capable of national affairs and duteous at housework” in 2021 among female employees, 20 collectives and 35 individuals were praised and rewarded.

Responding to Vietnam Family Day June 28, 2022, the Trade Unions of all levels in the district voted and honored typical public servants’ and employees’ families. Of which one typical family of employees was praised by the city’s labor union, 59 public servants’ and employees’ families, and typical civilized and happy families praised and rewarded by the Labor Union – District Women’s Union.

On this occasion, an exchange discussion between typical cultural families, giving gifts and praising corporates and individuals, typical families of employees/public servants, typical happy and civilized families, and giving gifts to poor students overcoming difficulties, sponsoring orphans in difficult circumstances took place.
