At the Municipal Party Committee Press Briefing, representing the field of the Capital culture and sport, Mrs. Bui Thi Thu Hien-Vice Director of Hanoi Department of Culture and Information informed reporters under Central and Hanoi Presses about cultural, artistic, sport activities, propaganda decoration and visual mobilization in the city to celebrate Lunar New Year 2019.
Accordingly, the Department has hung 2,775 banners on roads, main streets and the downtown; built 12 fixed panels in the inner area and the area near the gateway and at the crossroads in the city such as Tran Nhan Tong street, Giang Vo – Cat Linh crossroads, Phu Xuyen, Chuong My, Xuan Mai, Ngoc Hoi, Deawoo Hotel, Nga Tu So, Hoang Liet …; built 10 double sided panels in the median lines of the central area, 2 model clusters at the traffic island before the State Bank and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs ; decorated the porch on Vo Chi Cong street; organized lighting decoration by social funding in 8 central streets in the city, namely: Trang Tien, Trang Thi, Hang Bai, Ba Trieu, Hai Ba Trung, Ngo Quyen, Thanh Nien, Dien Bien Phu; decorated with flowers in Ly Thai To Flower Garden with the theme “Celebrate the Party establishment- New Spring” from February 1 to February 10, 2019; decorated the municipal headquarters such as: Municipal Party Committee, People’s Council, the Municipal People’s Committee; Flied the National Flag, Party Flag in pillars in front of Ly Thai To Statue, the State Bank, red flag in front of the City People’s Committee. In addition, in Lunar New Year 2019, there are many special culture, arts and sport programs in Hanoi held from January 28 to February 12, 2019 at Exhibition Hall, 93 Dinh Tien Hoang, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi such as: Photo Exhibition to Celebrate Party Establishment – the Year of the Pig 2019.
