Artists participate in an online symphony concert to call for support for the Covid-19
To select audio and video recording products about art performance and search for media products with the “Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control” theme on the Internet, social networks and other media. In order to spread and connect the emotions of artists together to overcome the pandemic, the Art performance Department organized a contest “Voting for audio and video recordings of the art performance for propagating the Covid-19 pandemic prevention and control” with the theme “Love connection”.
Voting participants are Vietnamese citizens at home and abroad (votees can be individuals or groups). Audio and video recording products must comply with the requirements of Decree No. 144/2020/ND-CP dated December 14, 2020 of the Government on art performance activities and be produced since 2020.
Audio and video recording products are music videos and online art shows to propagate the prevention and control of the Covid-19 pandemic; the time for each audio and video recording of the music video is not more than 10 minutes and each online art program is not more than 120 minutes; audio and video recording products that ensure sound and image quality according to regulations; The Organizing Committee has the right to use audio and video recording products of individuals and groups for communication purposes.
At the same time, individuals and groups are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to vote, each individual/group can compete in many audio and video recording products. In case the voted product is created by the group, the Organizing Committee will proceed to present the award to the group leader or group representative. The Organizing Committee will cancel the results and withdraw the prizes when the winning audio and video recording products are found to be infringing on intellectual property rights and voting rules.
Contents of audio and video recordings of art performance propagandize the prevention of the Covid-19 pandemic; cheers and takes care of the spiritual life of the people, energizes the frontline forces in pandemic prevention and control, promotes the spirit of artists who actively respond to participate in composing and performing artworks.

Participants submit audio and video recording products by uploading to Youtuber and sending the link to Email: vantuanvhttdl@gmail.com or scanning the QR code to send the link. The Organizing Committee will vote via MoMo e-wallet, messaging system with the number 8079 (the fee is VND 1,000/sms regulated by the network operator).
The time to receive audio and video recording products is from October 5, 2021 to November 5, 2021.
The voting period for audio and video recording products is from November 15, 2021 to the end of December 15, 2021; the expected time for the organization to announce the results and award prizes is at the end of December 2021.
The preliminary and final evaluation committee consists of 7 members, who are prestigious writers and artists selected by the Department of Art performance. The Appraisal Council is responsible for evaluating, discussing and reviewing voting through independent scoring. Individuals with audio and video recordings in the voting will not participate in the council.
The Organizing Committee will award prizes for high-quality works. Accordingly, the music videos will have 1 first prize, worth VND10 million, 1 Second prize worth VND 5 million and 2 Third prizes worth VND 3 million each.
With the online art program, the Organizing Committee will award 1 first prize worth VND 15 million, 1 second prize worth VND 10 million and 2 third prizes worth VND 3 million each. Besides, the Organizing Committee is expected to award some more prizes from socialization sources.
