Through the works on display, a talented young photographer class with new ideas and discoveries will be the first step to bring young photography in particular and Vietnamese photography in general to more and more development. In particular, this is an opportunity for young people who love photography throughout the country to exchange, study and introduce their achievements; as a bridge to add passion and creativity; gather, develop and supplement the next team for the Vietnamese photographic force.
