THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE offers medals for individuals who have contributed to the development of Hanoi Taekwondo.

In 2010, Hanoi Taekwondo won the 1st position at the National Sports Congress and successfully defended this position at the Congress 4 years later. At the same time, at the national team level, Hanoi taekwondo also regularly contributes from 30 to 40% of the number of athletes and coaches. At the World Taekwondo Championship (Turkey) in 2008, Hanoi won 1 gold medal in the men’s doubles content by Nguyen Dinh Toan – Nguyen Minh Tu. In addition, Hanoi boxers also helped Vietnam Sport win gold medal in the taekwondo rights at SEA Games 25 – 2009 in Laos and gold medals at the Asian Championship in 2012. In 2011, all 3 gold medals of Vietnam Taekwondo at The 26th SEA Games are all done by Hanoi boxers.

In the Olympic Games and ASIAD in the past 10 years, Hanoi Taekwondo has martial artists to participate and win the ASIAD medal. In the recent 2018 Taekwondo Rights World Championship, Hanoi boxer Pham Huu Viet won a precious HCB.

Also within the framework of the program, in appreciation of generations, THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE gave a medal to individuals who have contributed greatly to the development of Hanoi Taekwondo such as Master Nguyen Thi Minh Yen; Mr. Nguyen Manh Hung, Dao Quoc Thang, Vu Xuan Thanh, Ho Anh Tuan, Le Minh Khuong, Tran Minh Tuan, Nguyen The Hiep, Nguyen Son, Nguyen Tien Phu, Nguyen Anh Tuan, Nguyen Van Hung … and awarded prizes for units with high achievements in developing Taekwondo movement.

At the closing ceremony, Hanoi Taekwondo set out tasks for 2019, namely: Continuing to expand traditional international relations with the World Taekwondo Federation, Kukkiwon Academy, Asian Taekwondo Federation, etc Sports training centers in China and South Korea; working closely with Taekwondo Department – General Department of Sports and Physical Training, Vietnam Taekwondo Federation in implementing training and competition plans. At the same time, Hanoi Taekwondo also took the Olympic arena as the main goal to strive and improve the performance of competitions in the arenas such as ASIAD, world, continent and SEA Games, maintaining the leading position in National Sports Festival, national championships.

In addition to high-achievement sports, with sports movement, Hanoi Taekwondo Federation focuses on attracting students to participate in training and competition; organized many tournaments to find additional elements for the Hanoi taekwondo team; increase the quantity, quality and professional qualifications of coaches and referees.
