Accordingly, the mobile communication contest is expected to take place from June 16 to 20, 2021 in Binh Duong and Binh Phuoc provinces, in the form of communication car parades and communication art performance. Depending on the actual situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism will adjust the time of contest organization and accordingly implement pandemic prevention and control measures under the direction of the Government and the Prime Minister.
The content of the contest aims to praise the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam, the great Uncle Ho; praise the achievements of Vietnam in the period of renewal, great national unity; praise the tradition of heroic struggle, the love of the motherland, the love of people by the Vietnamese people; honor, promote and introduce typical features, traditional cultural values, rich in the identity of each locality in particular and of the whole country in general; set examples of good people, good deeds, health and youth in the construction of a rich and strong homeland; successfully communicate the election of members of the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the 2021-2026 term.
The contest aims to communicate widely, create unity of awareness, political thought and action in the Party, the consensus in society to elect members of the 15th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels for the term 2021 – 2026 successfully and achieving high results, ensuring democracy, equality, lawfulness, safety, thrift and truly a festival of the whole people.
Through election communication, it actively contributes to building a clean and strong political system, consolidating and perfecting the socialist rule of law state of the people, by the people, for the people; encourage the entire Party, people and armed forces to unite, be creative and determined to successfully implement the Resolution of Party congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term and the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress.
